The Cleveland Local Section of the American Chemical Society (ACS) gathers throughout the year.
Our recurring events include:
- Monthly Meeting
- Meeting in Miniature (typically held in March. Focused on undergraduate and graduate student research talks)
- National Chemistry Week
- NCW 2024 Picture Perfect Chemistry
- US National Chemistry Olympiad
- Begins with qualification at the section level (Jan. registration deadline, Mar for exam)
- Qualifiers move to National written and laboratory exam (in Apr)
- National qualifiers then attend a training camp and compete internationally.
